Let It Snow

snow

/snō/

noun

  1. atmospheric water vapor frozen into ice crystals and falling in light white flakes or lying on the ground as a white layer.

We got some frozen atmospheric water vapor on Monday.  Depending on where you live or grew up in the world, this may or may not instill warm (or cold), fuzzy feelings or conjure fond memories of a childhood spent sledding or building snowmen.  In Kentucky, we don’t see very much snow.  So the Ham children were excited at the opportunity to play in it.  Here are some photos…

The Willing Hand

My beautiful and talented wife, Stacy, has two Etsy shops; Slumber Spun and The Willing Hand where she sells crocheted goods.  She usually handles the photographing of her creations; but, occasionally, asks for my help.  Here are some photos I took of a festive Christmas garland she made.

An excellent wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life. She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands. She is like the ships of the merchant; she brings her food from afar.  -Proverbs 31:10-31 ESV
